SURFERS PARADISE SLSC

To Whom It May Concern

RE: CounterAct

In September 1995 this club took delivery of a new Ford Courier (Cab/Chassis) for use on the beach by Life Guards and Beach PatrolsNorfolk Island Testimonial

The Sunraysia Wheels and Aluminium Tray from the old vehicle were fitted to the new cab/chassis and a CounterAct electronic rust prevention unit was installed.

On our previous vehicles it was common for signs of the beginnings of rust damage to become apparent within a very short time, despite conventional "Rust Proofing".

At the time of writing, the CounterAct has been on the vehicle for almost a year, and there is no apparent corrosion at all, while the paintwork retains an "as new" appearance. Existing corrosion on wheels and tray parts do not appear to have advanced.

For the first time (at this time of year) the vehicle does not require workshop attention for rust control.

The benefits of CounterAct are quite outstanding, not only saving us money in running repairs, but obviously the vehicle will be worth more money when the time comes to replace it.

Whilst our main concern is the saving of lives, we must, like everyone else, put our available finances to the best use and CounterAct will undoubtedly save us many thousands of dollars.

If you have any further questions regarding the use of CounterAct. on our vehicle you can contact me anytime.

CounterAct Systems

Dear Sir/Madam

Rust has always been a major problem for our beach vehicles. There appeared to be no solution until we discovered the CounterAct electronic rustproofing system.

In 1996 we gave a testimonial praising the system (see above) and the benefits it offers to vehicles subjected to such harsh elements.

We have saved a great deal of money and time because of the ability of the CounterAct unit to retard rust. It's amazing to think that the steel Sunraysia wheels from the original vehicle are now 6 years old and still in good condition.

We are so impressed with the results that we are going to install the CounterAct System on our new Four Wheel Drive when we take delivery early in the new season.

We are convinced that the system works and we wouldn't be without one.

Regards,

Kevin Thompson

29 August 2000

Dear CounterAct

In November 1998 we purchased a beach cleaning surf rake to tidy up the beaches around Redcliffe. Since then the machine has been operating almost every day, extensively raking the exposed beach right to the waters edge.

At 12 months old, the machine had advanced stages of corrosion all over it and we would have been lucky to get 2 years operation from a very expensive machine.

We approached Bluey's Ute World at Brendale to get a CounterAct Electronic Rust Protection System to stop the rust from getting worse. The unit was fitted on 17th November 1999.

We took numerous photos of all the rust on the machine, some with rulers along side the rust patches to accurately monitor the effectiveness of the unit. After 6 months of the machine performing the same workload as the previous 12 months, we noticed that the rust had not advanced. This is amazing considering it's such a corrosive environment out there.

I have no doubt the CounterAct has significantly increased the working life of this machine which will save the Council a great deal of time and money over the years. I would not hesitate fitting CounterAct to any vehicle or machine that could possibly have a rust problem.

Yours Sincerely,

Allan Williams

EZ Loader Boat Trailers (2001)

The Southeast division of EZ Loader Boat Trailers is a manufacturer of both aluminum and galvanized boat trailers. We tested a CounterAct electronic corrosion control system on one of our aluminum trailers. The trailer has aluminum I-beams as its main frame with galvanized steel cross-members and zinc plated hardware. We have observed the following after one year of use:

1.The trailer shows very small amounts of corrosion, if any.

2.The hardware is in perfect condition showing no corrosion.

In Florida we have extreme salt water conditions and I firmly believe that this trailer would show heavy corrosion if it did not have the CounterAct system.

We at EZ Loader are true believers of the CounterAct electronic corrosion control system and therefore are currently offering the system on all our trailers.

We first installed a CounterAct "electronic rust protection" system in a Wagner ST 7.5 loader about 2 years ago. The machine left this site some 2 months later and I lost sight of it until January of this year. We had used a grinder to polish an area under a wheel arch to monitor the success or otherwise of the system.

I was pleased to see that the unpainted patch was still free from rust. As we are in the planning stages of replacing our fleet we are including CounterAct "electronic rust protection" on each new machine. In fact we have just purchased an Elphinstone R1700 to which we have fitted the system.

The cost of the system is negligible compared to our corrosion problems, even in the first few months of a machine's service life."
